First call and AI Snapshot
A 20-minute call about your work, not about AI. We do our homework beforehand, so there's no questionnaire to fill in. Within a week, we walk you through a short written Snapshot.
AI Assessment
Interviews with the owner, managers and frontline staff, time on site watching the work, a review of your software and data, and baseline numbers for your key processes, so we can prove savings later.
Pilot
The few items from the Roadmap that pay back fastest. Every pilot includes the basics: company AI accounts, an AI policy and staff training. We agree the success number before we start, for example "cut quote time from two days to two hours".
Build and roll out
The larger tools, one project at a time, paid by milestone. Each has an owner on your side, testing by real staff, training, a written handover and a measured result.
Support and improve
We watch every tool for accuracy, cost and failures, update them when makers change things, train new hires, report monthly what they save and pick the next project with you each quarter.
Your own AI team
We help you hire or promote, train them on everything we built and step back over three to six months.

- The handover pack: what we built and how it works, every account in your name, who to call at each maker, what to do when something breaks and who was trained.

- The fix period ends. Our access is removed unless a support agreement keeps it.
