How a training works
Before, during and after.
Before
Real tasks
Your manager gives us three real tasks per role and the documents they use. Everyone gets a company AI account. No surveys for your staff.
During
Safe use first
What must never go into AI, then everyone does their own tasks with it, with us at their shoulder.
After
Make it stick
A short follow-up a few weeks later. We measure how often staff use AI and the hours it saves them.
What people keep
Material built on their own work.
Your company keeps everything we make for you, for use inside the company.
- Exercises built on their own tasks and documents
- A library of tested prompts for each role
- One-page quick-reference cards
- Short screen recordings to watch again
- Your company AI policy, explained in plain words
